Working long nights, stress, and over use of phones, tabs, TV, etc. can really strain your eyes. And because the under eye skin is most sensitive, it is also where first signs of strain start showing. So for men and women, who want to fight those dull dark circles or puffy eyes, try the following.

Tea

Cold Therapy for Puffy Eyes

Take 2 metal spoons, and put them in the freezer for 10 minutes till they are chilled. Then put the outer portion of the spoon on your puffy eyes for about 60-80 seconds. The cold temperature tightens the skin under the eyes, and also relaxes the blood vessels and helps get rid of the puffy eyes!

Chilled Tea Bags for Eyes

For dark circles, take green tea or black tea bags and chill them in the fridge for 20 minutes. Now place them on closed eyes for about 10 minutes for quick relief. Tea’s natural properties, helps reduce inflammation and puffiness.

Cucumber Slices for Eyes

Another tried and tested hack, is a widely accepted remedy of using cucumbers. It is a simple and easy choice! Just cut two slices and keep them on your eyes for about 10-20 min. It reduces inflammation and heals the skin.

Pollution, dust, stress, and sun exposure can make your face and body skin unhealthy and dull. How to regain the lost luster you ask? Here are a few things to get glowing skin that's full of life.

For best results use this face mask daily for a week. If you have dry skin, this may be too drying for you, so mix it up with some glycerin. Cucumber is magic for sun damaged skin, and even sun burns.

Rejuvenating Papaya

Finally, Papaya! When it comes skin, nothing works better than good old papaya! This is a must try. Take some papaya and mash it to form a paste. Now add some multani mitts (or Fuller's Clay) to this and mix it up. If you can add a spoon of honey nothing like it! Once you get a paste-like consistency, apply it all over your face and neck. Wash after 20 minutes with cool water.

Ripe papaya contains papain, a mild exfoliator, that will gently remove the top layer of dead cells on the face and makes your skin visibly radiant and younger looking. Multani Mitti absorbs the excess oil from the skin and honey balances the moisture and hydrates the skin.
